Allison started working at the J. Willard Marriott Library in 2017 as a student employee while working on her Undergraduate Degree in English and became a fulltime employee in 2021. Graduating with her BA was a long journey that started in Fall 2013 and ended in Spring 2021. While that time was difficult and had years-long gaps between semesters, she credits her support systems (on and off campus) for helping her graduate. She finds the most fulfilling work in facilitating information and access for all.
